We work closely with a ‘family’ of reputable subcontractors, with whom we have developed strong, trusting relationships over time. This ensures predictability, and maintains high standards of both construction and finish. We also work closely with the Client to keep you apprised of scheduling and logistics, and ensure that you are involved in any critical Client decisions that may arise.
Baroque Group also use the latest web application to keep our clients informed on every scheduling iteam. The client will aware how every decision will impact the project.

REVIEW
Baroque Group will review the existing drawings and suggest possible ideas to make the construction more efficiently.

TENDERING
Baroque Group will send the drawings for all our qualified sub-contractors for pricing. We are confident we always get the best quotes for our clients and will assist our clients on how to pick the best subcontractors.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Baroque Group will provide over qualified project managers for each of our project to make sure everything stays within our proposed schedule.
